Fresh fruit and vegetable juices

Drink daily juice from fresh squeezed fruits and vegetables. Gallbladder together with the liver is working on removing toxins from the body.

However, when one of these two vital organs shut due to poor nutrition or accumulation of toxins, cholesterol may crystallize and form gallstones.

Juices from fresh alkaline fruits and vegetables can help reduce inflammation and enzymatic liver and gallbladder cleansing.

Raw, unfiltered apple juice, rich in pectin, will help in softening and breaking the existing gallstones, as well as in preventing the emergence of the new.

Fresh lemon, celery, tomatoes and beets juice are also excellent for daily drinking.

If you suffer from pain in the gallbladder, the following recipe can help to eliminate the pain and the removal of existing gallstones:

Ingredients :

1 large organic raw beetroot, washed and finely grated (if organic, do not peel)

½ lemon juice

2 tablespoons of flaxseed oil

If you do not have flaxseed oil, you can temporarily use extra – virgin olive oil. Use one teaspoon of the mixture every hour during the day. On second and third day create a new mixture of ¼ large beetroot. Use one teaspoon of the mixture three or four times a day, or more often. Regularly add this mixture to the salad or eat alone two or three times a week. This will help the gall to remain a rare and moving.

 

Stock up on healthy fats

Verify whether you intake enough healthy fats. Although some experts encourage patients to avoid all fats, especially if they already had gallbladder surgery, certain fats help prevent future gallstones and degradation of existing gallstones.

Stay away from the omega-6

Avoid toxic oils such as soybean and canola, because they contain unhealthy fats.

Keep in mind that hydrogenated oils are saturated with dangerous fatty acids (omega-6), and are deficient in fatty acids (omega 3).

Intake sunflower or natural soy lecithin

Apple cider vinegar and malic acid mixture, which is present in the fresh apple juice, is a safe way of removing gallstones without the need for surgery or medications.

Apples and fresh apple juice contain an abundance of malic acid – softening ingredient that can help in the process of removing gallstones.

 

Increase turmeric intake

According to studies, turmeric is a powerful antioxidant, helps fight inflammation and maintain healthy gallbladder.

It was discovered that turmeric increases the solubility of gall, making it easier for the body to break the substances, which would otherwise form into gallstones.
